Light and crystalline salon pink colour with forest berries, wood shavings and hint of smoked meats on the nose. Palate is bright with red berries, blood orange, shiso leaf and woody spices. Good length and well framed by a bright acidity that melds into a hint of tannins to dry the finish. A well-built wine that has used both varieties to blend something unique
