Macedon Hills Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Deep ruby red in colour, this wine has aromas of vanilla, spice, cassis and blackberry. On the palate, dark cherry and aniseed flavours are complemented by smooth yet robust tannins.The old dry-grown vines on the Virgin Hills vineyard produce intense characters that take years to open up. The ultra-cool climate produces natural acidity which enhances the ageing process.
