After a rigorous selection process, the barrels selected were blended delivering a Shiraz that is soft and juicy with dark fruit, chocolate and spice. From the wonderful 2012 vintage, this museum release has been cellared in controlled conditions in the Twin Oaks cellar. Drink now or for the next 5 years.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

Splendidly maturing and immensely satisfying, the wine shows blackberry, dried cherry, smoked game, thyme and cedar characters with a lovely cocoa undertone. It's sumptuous and delicious on the palate, filled with complex flavours, leading to a wonderfully long soothing finish. At its best: now to 2027. Nov 2020.
