Heirloom VineyardsMixed 6 Pack
About this product
In the world of wine commodities Sauvignon Blanc can be, at one end, a shrill, shouty beast, at the other a sugary tropical fruit bomb. Ours is neither. Ours is well-postured yet still a little strident; balanced and keenly nuanced; taut but politely determined. It makes for a wonderful antidote to chilli, humidity, hot pepper or a noisy room.
Alcohol 11.2% (6.6 Standard Drinks)
Adelaide Hills Pinot Grigio 2020.
example offers the friendliness and ease, but adds just enough texture,
grip, weight and fruit concentration to help the wine cope with more serious lunchtime conversations. It will assuage as much as it will effortlessly charm your most ambitious Instagramable antipasti.
Alcohol 12.3% (7.3 Standard Drinks)
Barossa Shiraz 2018.
This is a refined and defined Barossa shiraz that embraces the region’s opulent and generous personality yet does so without anything brash or buffoonish. It is a red wine that reminds us of old-fashioned courtesy. Bold foodstuffs that pack some punch suit it well: a wet roast of lamb shanks spiced with a sprinkle of dry chilli flakes; a tofu and eggplant and oyster sauce stew; or tripe cooked slowly with, fennel, celery, smoked paprika, and star anise.
Alcohol 14.5% (8.6 Standard Drinks)
