Crafted with only the highest quality ingredients and staying true to our “Cohort” Ideology, We have sourced our locally-roasted coffee from Mikro Coffee Roasters right here in Torquay on the Surf Coast. We use their “Little Italy” which is a unique espresso coffee blend, roasted with traditional Italian espresso in mind, along with our signature small batch hot brew process that creates a robust, full bodied, smooth rich flavour profile with notes of dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts and salted caramel sweetness to enjoy into the night. This unique spirit captures the essence of coffee in a way that only the finest liqueur can.
