Banks & Burbidge 100% Gin 0% Alcohol, is made using traditional distillation methods in a custom made Stainless Steel & Copper top pot still. Banks & Burbidge offers up soft botanical, spice & citrus tones from its blend of juniper berries, cardamom, coriander, Tasmanian pepper berries and lemon peel topped off with the tangy touch of Dried Chilli Peppers.  This blend allows you to make a classic G&T which you can intensify and individualise with your favourite tonic and garnish. As a cocktail base Banks & Burbidge seeks to compliment the key flavours of your cocktail not over-power them. Banks & Burbidge™ has remained true to traditional Gin ingredients (minimum 60% Juniper) and distillation methods. Our Gin is therefore one that goes well in a traditional G&T where the delicate botanical flavours can be enjoyed or enhanced by the myriad of different tonic waters available or by experimenting with garnish.
