Perricoota Shiraz Gin is a bespoke gin crafted by infusing local Shiraz Grapes with our ever-popular Echuca Distillery High St Dry Gin. The grapes were sourced locally at Murray Gums Estate. A boutique wine producer in the Perricoota wine growing region. The finished Gin boasts a bold, rich, perfectly balanced blend of sweet fruit and Gin botanicals.
Taste – Juniper berry, citrus, spices, pepperiness, red grapes & raspberry. A little tannic bitterness.
Aroma – Rich, jammy, earthy.
Colour – intense reddish purple.
