Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail Spirit

A combination of Echuca Distillery’s High St Dry Gin, Gold Agave Spirit, Coconut Flower Spirit, Lemon Myrtle Vodka & Orange Liqueur. 100% handcrafted, produced and distilled in Echuca.
Makes a great Long Island Iced Tea:

• 60ml Echuca Distillery Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail Spirit
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 60ml Cola (we prefer coke but any cola will do)
• Ice
• Lime Wedge for garnish.

Method:

1. Fill Cocktail Shaker with ice.
2. Add spirit & lime juice into Shaker & shake vigorously until frothy.
3. Fill a Highball Glass with ice.
4. Add cola.
5. Strain contents of Shaker on top.
6. Garnish with Lime. (wedge or wheel)

You will need to supply:

• Cocktail Shaker
• Ice Cubes
• Cola
• Lime Juice
• Lime for Garnish
