Umeshu Plum Liqueur Yamazaki Cask Matured 660mL

Umeshu plum liqueur is aged in toasted antique casks that were used to store whisky. Pholyphenol absorbed from the casks imparts a pleasantly acerbic note and the matured liqueur has an aroma reminiscent of whisky. This creates a plum liqueur with moderate sweetness that melds a distinctive flavour with well-rounded tomes.
Mix with soda to bring out the refined sweetness and complex fragrances of toasted casks.
NOSE Elegant aroma, reminiscent of whisky and pleasant acerbic notes from toasted casks.
PALATE Rich and mellow.
FINISH Lasting mellow vanilla plum.
