Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. This aromatic artisan gin has been distilled using a single shot distillation method in traditional copper pot stills. Once distilled it is then refined by filtration and passes through a coconut shell activated carbon. Poltergeist Gin features twelve botanicals - juniper berries, Tasmanian Mountain pepper berries, lemon myrtle, macadamia nuts, coriander seeds, cardamom pods, lemon peel, orris root, cassia bark, liquorice root, star anise and angelica root. Poltergeist A True Spirit is a crisp and fragrant gin, this classic London dry style gin balances juniper and citrus with spicy and nutty notes to finish. With dry tonic water, it creates a refreshing, flavoursome G&T ideal for warm summer evenings.
