About this product

As James Halliday said, “this isn’t a wine to be trifled with.  It’s complex bouquet and palate providing a full-on savoury Pinot”. So it can handle a little flavour and spice and drinks well with spicey sausage,  BBQ lamb chops or a 12 month old Manchego cheese.Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Coal River Valley, Tasmania. Partial wild ferment then matured in a mix of old and new French oak barriques for 16 months.
