It pours a lovely caramel colour with a soft, pillowy head. We have combined several yeast strains giving our Natural Farm Ale a very aromatic, complex flavour profile balanced with peppery/earthy notes. These flavours are complemented by the use of European hops late in the brew to enhance fruity and floral flavours. Bottled fermented and conditiond with a natural carbonation.
