Small batch European styled un-soured artisan fruit ale.
We first ferment our Island beer base with our house yeast strain. Fruit is then added to a secondary fermentation, giving the beer, it’s vibrant colour, dry mouth feel, tartness and vibrant colour.
The beer is then refermented in the can and conditioned.
