Text book stuff. Pale green. Highly fragrant and lifted florals, lemon, lime and yeasty thiols. The palate is clean, fresh and tight, with citrus blossom, wet stones plus a texture like citrus pith that adds structure and interest to the long minerally finish. Good now, will improve further.
