Whites Road Crossover Barossa Cabernet Shiraz is deep ruby in colour. Leafy varietal aroma is balanced by ripe plum, licorice and subtle eucalyptus characters on the nose. Beautiful dark fruits and soft tannins dominate the palate. Maturation in a mix of French oak and American gives spices and cedar characters. The wine is great to be enjoyed now and can be an excellent pairing with barbecued beef of lamb.

Rich and powerfully expressed, the bouquet shows blackberry, blueberry compote, cocoa and cedar characters with subtle spicy complexity. The palate is wonderful weighted, offering excellent fruit intensity together with gorgeous oak undertones, superbly framed by silky tannins. At its best: now to 2027.
