Handcrafted in small batches using the traditional, bottle fermented method. A dry style Prosecco, with no added sweetner, resulting in a crisp, clean, bone dry finish. Crafted with unpressed juice to champion the purest part of the grape, and avoid harsh flavours from the grape skins & seeds. Think crisp apple, lemon & arrowroot biscuit. Rounding off nicely with a fine bubble.
