Cavedon WinesKing Valley Pinot Grigio 2024
About this product
Like our other whites, the aromatics are really noticeable in this '24. It's dry, drinkable and light, yet nothing is watered down and it still holds plenty of character. Think crisp nashi pear, citrus, abundant aromatics and crunchy natural acidity.
Story: After discovering his love for Pinot Grigio in the cool climate of Northern Italy, Dino decided it was a good idea to jump in early and plant the variety back in the early 90’s. Italian varietals weren’t really on the radar in the King Valley then, and Pinot Grigio was only a new and upcoming variety in Australia. Now after a few decades of growing the fruit, we thought it was about time to see what we could do with it ourselves. One to add to the Cavedon bucket list for sure!
