This ’24 release is a modern take on Australia’s traditional expression of Chardonnay. It’s medium-bodied & easy drinking, one that doesn’t require raising your pinkie to drink, but still gets your attention nonetheless.
Our cool climate fruit gave us a roaring head start in the style we wanted to make. We focused on striking up the right balance between fruit, acid and oak- so neither one overpowered the other.There’s a freshness that comes from the fruit’s crisp acidity and the citrus-peachy-like aromatics. This then all comes together with a hint of oak, which polishes it off nicely with a creamy finish. Think white peach & nougat.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
