The Yeoman is a statement of the best wine from an outstanding vintage. We won’t make it every year; we’ll only make it when it’s right to make it. The nose offers complex and concentrated aromas of plums, red fruits, vanilla and spices. The palate is superbly smooth and well-balanced with layers of rich flavours, followed by an elegant, lingering finish.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
