About this product
The Tipsy Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is from Bec Hardy’s vineyard in the Blewitt Springs sub-region of McLaren Vale. The ancient soils and elevation of the Tipsy Hill vineyard offer the perfect conditions for growing high quality Cabernet Sauvignon. The property also includes a stunning garden, featuring the rare Tipsy Hill Imperial Concubine rose, from which the name originates. The nose offers classic Cabernet aromatics of cassis, crushed violets, cedar shavings and tobacco. The palate is medium-bodied with notes of blueberries and mocha, followed by ultra-fine, powdery tannins on the impressive and sustained palate.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
