Semi Dry, Light Bodied style of RoséYarra Valley, AustraliaSangiovese grapes from our Yarra Valley vineyard were hand picked and pressed after a short maceration.<br>The juice was then fermented in stainless steel tanks, where it was left to mature for nine months.Pale salmon pink colour with apricot tinge, notes of honey melon and fresh strawberry.<br>Alcohol 12.2% alc per vol.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.
Semi-dry wines are perceptibly sweet but leaning towards dry.
