The fruit is estate grown from the Belaradah vineyard.
Harvested mid April - the fruit is whole berry destemmed to barrel where it is fermented and sat on skins for up to 10 months .This aided in softening and developing the tannins for which Nebbiolo is famous.
It can be enjoyed now and will cellar well for up to 10 years.
