These vines are planted on a gentle slope facing a north-west aspect producing favourable growing conditions. The wine was matured in new and seasoned French oak barrels for 12 months.
This wine is dark ruby red in colour and displays notes of blackberry, forest fruits with hints of spice. The palate is full and textured with a generous finish. It can be enjoyed now or will age well for up to 10 years.
