From vines planted in 1998. Fermented and ma-ture in French puncheons. A medium, bright green gold. Ripe stone fruits, a little honey and grilled nuts, with just a whiff of fresh vanilla bean from the well. integrated and handled oak. This has lots of flavour and while it’s quite rich it’s also well balanced and long. A wine to drink and enjoy over the next 12 months or so.
