The wine is light straw in colour with hints of developed gris notes due to partial time on skins.
It displays notes of honeysuckle and ripe nashi pear on the nose with undertones of citrus fruit.

Winemaking Notes
Fruit for this wine was handpicked from our single vineyard site “The View” approx 300 metres above sea level. Grapes were bunch sorted, pressed and cold settled to allow eight hours of skin contact. It was then matured on lees with periodic stirring. The wine has been matured seasoned French oak barrels for six months to add complexity.
200 Cases produced Bottled October 2019.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Good concentration of fruit flavor and a fair sling to the finish as well. Stone fruit and brine flavours seem right at home with one another. Nicely done.
