From the Wedgetail estate vineyard, hand picked and fermented in open vats with the natural yeast found on the grape skins.  The wine was then cellared for 7 months in French oak with 10% new barrels.  Creating a wine that is fresh juicy and vibrant with a savory undertone and a long and fragrant finish.
