With deep red colour and aromas of ripe plums and raspberries, this flavoursome well-balanced wine has fine tannins with vanilla french oak characters and a long soft finish.
2015 proved to be a splendid season in our Yarra Valley vineyards. Good weather during flowering followed by adequate rainfall and plenty of sunshine helped produce a crop slightly lower in quantity but high in quality.
Delicious with slow-roasted shoulder of lamb with Moroccan spices or eggplant salpicon; equally at home with Chinese bbq meats, Italian sausages or stuffed tomatoes.
