About this product

Vibrant and crystalline magenta in the glass. A richly perfumed nose, which has a little exotic spice to go with blue and black fruits and hints of black pepper. A medium weight palate is juicy fruited with black fruits, spice and a charcuterie savoury note. It finishes with ripe and fine silky tannins.
This wine handles more robust dishes such as roast beef, lamb or pork. It is a perfect match to a big juicy steak or game meats such as kangaroo or venison. Also well suited to richly flavoured casseroles or tomato based pasta dishes.
