Dry, Medium Bodied style of ChardonnayCitrus, stone fruit and struck match aromas on the nose. The palate is supple and textural with lemon and grapefruit characters appearing on the front palate which are joined by nectarine, nougat and oatmeal at the back. Oak plays a supporting role without ever competing with the fruit. It finishes long and crisp with a lingering stone fruit aftertaste.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
