Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazPairs well with LambOur mission for the Block Reserve Series is to identify the best blends from our Block wines. Five barrels have been selected from our Block 5 Shiraz and blended to make this outstanding example of what our vineyard can produce.
Dark and mysterious, like a choc cherry ripe waiting to be unwrapped. Aromas of cocoa, coffee, dark sour cherries and vanilla spring to life. A full body shiraz with layers of stewed plum, dark cherry, charred cedar and bitter chocolate. A smooth long finish entails with hints of vanilla and a faint herbaceous note.
