KarriBindiMargaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2014
About this product
A collage of lime, lemongrass and fresh white pear are layered on a generous creamy palate. The fruit flavours reflect the purity of Karridale Sauvignon and the Semillon fleshes out the mid palate and adds a depth of richness and volume. The wine finishes with finely balanced acidity and a lingering freshness.

A 51/49% blend, 10% fermented in new French barriques. The equal balance of semillon and sauvignon blanc has encouraged each variety to unfold its plumage; there is the full suite of tropical fruits from the sauvignon blanc, and lemon curd/lemongrass from the semillon, the smidge of barrel ferment adding a third dimension. Consistent show success is no surprise.
