Hand-picked from 100 yo vines, 20% fermented and matured in old oak hogsheads for 5 months prior to blending and bottling. Almost as pale as rose gets with its very light salmon hue. Varietal aromas, with sweet red fruit, perfume and spice. On the palate, it's a combination of juicy flavours and rather dry astringency which don't quite mesh at present. Maybe in time.
