Hailing from Rhymney, an enclave between Great Western and Moyston, this is another powerful red in a stable of unmitigated oomph. Violet and Cherry Ripe. A deep burl of mostly American oak across the finish.

A mid-garnet colour of medium density introduces a skilfully executed shiraz from the historic hamlet of Rhymney, near Great Western. Medium in body, smooth, and very generous, with flavours that build substantially in the mouth. Rich, warm, deep red fruit, laced with pepper and regional soft, earthy tannins, provide an excellent drinking experience.
