Dry, Medium Bodied style of Shiraz ViognierPairs well with BeefAged by us for 6 years . This Gold medal winning wine received 94 points from Wine Showcase magazine. Grown in the rich red soils of Hethcote. We fermented in open vats and then matured it for 18 months in 25% new French oak and older barriques. It is expressive of both the variety and region. The 5% viognier softens the wine and develops a full favour finish with lenghth and balance. This wine will be great drinking until 2024.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
