A fresh, clean blend of 70% Sauvingon Blanc and 30% Semillon, bringing together the best of the two varieties. Brilliant straw in colour and fresh bouquet of gooseberry and cut grass on the nose with hints of lychee and tropical fruits.
The palate is lush, crisp, and long, dominated by fresh citrus notes and a juicy core of tropical fruit. An interesting textural element on the palate is from a small percentage of the Semillon undergoing wild ferment on skins and a short time in oak.
