With a deep saturated hue, the Hatchling Shiraz has a bright bouquet of ripe plum, cracked pepper and dark chocolate being held together by a mouth coating tannin line. On the palate it shows hints of mocha and dried fig tightly held together. It is drinking beautifully now and will continue to improve over the next 3-8 years.
