The Polo range of wine are made to accompany sunny days with friends....and divot stomping. This 2019 Rouge is bright and crunchy. Fragrantly aromatic, it's palate of ripe cherries and alpine strawberries finished with a touch of spice and fresh youthful acidity. The wine is comprised of 91% Pinot Noir and 9% Shiraz. Both varietals were handpicked - the Pinot portion was produced exclusively in stainless steel, and the Barossan clone of Shiraz was aged in older oak barrels. The components were carefully selected and blended prior to bottling.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
Semi-dry wines are perceptibly sweet but leaning towards dry.
