Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

It spent a not-insignificant 40 months in a combination of French and American oak. Fruit is still the champion here, but oak too has a clear presence. It tastes mostly of plum, redcurrant and choc-mint and it feels supple and smooth throughout. There is indeed some warmth to the finish but the alcohol reading remains mostly a concern in numbers only; the svelte nature of the fruit and oak is the main impression.
