Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

As there's merlot 8.5% and cabernet sauvignon 1.5%, all fruit is fermented separately, pressed to barrel for 18 months, then blended and spends another 22 months in oak. Seems a lot of oak and maturation. Underneath, there's dark fruit, brooding, fastened to anise, mint dark chocolate and cedar. Full-bodied with powerful tannins and drying. Maybe more time to amalgamate and reassess.
