Dry, Light Bodied style of RoséLumiere means light in French and that sums up this vibrant little thirst quencher. Grenache and Sangiovese combine for our 2019 Rosé, all grown on the iron-rich soils of Heathcote’s Camel Back vineyard the fruit is picked early in the morning to retain acidity and freshness. Pressed as soon as it hits the winery into tank and barrel. Fresh crushed raspberry, tangy pomegranate drive the palate with a little spice to finish things off.
