Dry, Medium Bodied style of ShirazPairs well with PizzaWe love the prettiness the shiraz from the Rockbank vineyard shows, feminine, bright and highly drinkable. We fermented with 55% whole bunch and aged for 13 months in a mix of oak sizes and ages (10% new), then rested in the tank for 5 months before bottling. Cranberry, fresh damson, pink peppercorns, and pepper berry notes round out very drinkable modern Victorian Shiraz.
