The Super T is our rebellious red blend, wild fermented and bottled unfiltered and unfined. It’s bold and beautiful. All wild fermented and bottled unfiltered, this wine highlights the juiciness of Heathcote Sangiovese and tempers it with some classy elegance from the cooler Sunbury vineyard Cab and Merlot.
