Nebbiolo, in Australia, can be notoriously difficult to get the best out of. Not so this Heathcote example. We were impressed with its fresh rose petal aroma, wild cherry, chocolate, raisin and caramel notes, all mingling in a convincing and thought provoking way. No doubt, you will find your own flavours, too, as there's a lot going on here
