Colour: Pale straw with greenish hues, fine and persistent perlage
Bouquet: Lifted acacia flowers, supported by a pronounced fruity with a marked scent of caramelized apple and white fruit but specifically preserved lemon skin and a hint of Hazelnut.
Palate: Lively and of medium intensity, overall the wine is supported by a good medium weight with a crisp and slightly creamy finish.
Low Sulphur.
