A shiraz cabernet sauvignon blend that has good colour, and a rich bouquet that doesn't open the seven veils behind which the wine hides; the dance on the palate is slow at first, but gains speed and intensity, revealing more as it does so, but it's not until the last moments that the exceptional mouth-watering array of juicy red and black fruits emerges in all its glory.
