The fruit for this wine comes from our cool climate Eden Valley vineyard. It was harvested at optimum ripeness to have the best varietal characteristics that can be achieved. It displays the clean and lifted varietal nose of guava and lemon grass followed by a crisp palate of green apples, stone fruit and rockmelon. A lighter and fresher style created with no oak contact. Well suited to most seafood dishes. Alc. 13% Vol. per vol.
