Grapes for this wine were sourced from our vineyard in the Barossa Ranges, Eden Valley (GI). This cool climate elevated vineyard ripens the fruit slowly, therefore retaining a higher natural acidity and develops full flavour ripeness. Pink apricot in colour. Strawberry, rose and fresh-cut watermelon aromas greet you in the grass. A creamy texture on the palate with flavours of strawberry rhubarb pie, complemented by a thrill of sour cherries. Finishes with a grip of lemon zest and delicate accents of clove and fig.
