About this product

An “outstanding“ example of modern-style Australian Chardonnay in a solid class of wines. “It was tight and steely, with lovely intensity of flavour,” Limestone Coast judging panel chair, Corey Ryan, said.
Free run juice taken and placed directly into new & seasoned French oak barrels. Indigenous yeast ferment, matured for 12 months.
Medium straw in colour, stone fruit and citrus blossom on the nose.
White peach and citrus with a hint of brioche, good weight and mouthfeel. A very elegant wine.
