The blending of the traditional barrel techniques and the varietal characters maintained have created a wine that is rich in balance and structure.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

It seems little or no oak was involved, but the wine did win a gold medal at the Australian Small Winemakers Show '16. It's been well made, from the harvest date choice through to the wine in the bottle, with fresh stone fruit flavours to the fore, and just sufficient acidity. Very good value.
