Cabernet sauvignon matured in French oak (30% new) for 12 to 18 months. Deep crimson with aromas of blackberry and dark plum fruits with hints of brown spice, roasting meats, roast capsicum, purple flowers, earth, licorice, sage, violets and cedar. Bright, lifted blackcurrant notes on the palate with a snappy acid line, powdery tannin grip and a lovely sense of balance and grace.
